Yes people, that's right. On Weds 26th November, Hype Dark and Radio 1 are coming to Leeds for an exclusive Human Beatbox Battle to the death.

This is your chance to break those barriers into real beatbox recognition and get youself exposed on national radio. However, this is a very exclusive tournament, and as a result there are only 8 places available in the battle. To enter you must prepare 2 minutes of demo audio and email tournament@hypedarkproductions.co.uk before the 20th November.

The Judges: ARRO(arromatic.com) SHLOMO(shlo.co.uk) PSYLENT-V(livesciences.co.uk)

Prizes: Mixed goody bags from http://www.micism.com and interview on BBC Radio 1.

Hosted by: Orifice Vulgatron (Foreign Beggars)

Where: The Bassment, under the Merrion Centre, Leeds

When: 10-2, Weds 26th Nov, £4 on the door (free to battlers).

how will the battles work then? .. like a 1 on 1 knock out type thing 1 person goes up an beatboxes against another .. then the winner of that takes on another winner etc .. or will it be like .. each get up an beatbox for like 5 mins each .. an the winner is chosen that way? ,..

hey, do u have to be like a pro to enter this??? im pretty gud but obviously not like spy eyes etc standard, i can get to leeds pretty easily (free train travel) i wudnt mind gettin knocked out like straight away, lol.
