EmailClick rolls are notoriously difficult. Sorry to start the article with such an uplifting piece of news, but it's true. Don't be disheartened if you can't do this after an hour, a day, a week, or even months! Keep at it, and remember: practice makes perfect.
To make the sound
1 - Put the front of your tongue against the top of your mouth, a little bit behind your front teeth. Push a little to keep it in place
2 - Suck air over the side of your tongue so it clicks multiple times against the top of your mouth
3 - You might get a sharp dolphin-like sound - this is normal, it means you're on the right track
4 - Adjust the amount of pressure you're pushing your tongue with until you get a series of individual clicks.
5 - You can do this while humming because you suck air only into your mouth, not into your lungs
Peace, love, and Ecco
