The first ever Human Beatbox Convention was held in April 2003 to bring 100 of the world's most innovative vocal artists to one place alongside fellow musicians and the media. It was always hoped that this would lead to an acceleration in the resurgence of this artform, but things got out of hand and by the end of the day we had energised a global community.
