In this lesson TyTe teaches you to breathe and beatbox at the same time.
Summary
This third lesson takes you through the steps necessary to create a snare drum and take a breath inwards at the same time. These inward aspirated sounds underpin the ability of the beatboxer to master breath control – i.e. to beatbox and breathe. The lesson will start with explaining the difference between aspirated and unaspirated sounds, then work through injectives before tackling inward aspirated sounds and learning two examples.
Aim
At the end of this lesson you will be able to:
- Demonstrate the difference between aspirated and unaspirated sounds.
- Demonstrate the difference between an injective and an ejective.
- Describe and make the { Bh }, { ^K }, { ^CL }, { ^tsh }, and { ^CLh } sounds.
