While this hasn’t ever happened to me personally, it sounds like a pretty painful issue. When you liproll, you have to push your jaw down and hold it there in a pretty uncomfortable position. When you do this a lot, you can develop a condition called TMD (temporomandibular disorder)

Doctors can only help you by advising you to make some lifestyle changes. The clicking comes from the “chewing” muscles being overworked, so they don’t hold as tightly as they normally would. This leave little air pockets that ‘pop’.

The only thing you can do if this becomes and issue, is tackle the problem in one of two ways – make your jaw muscles stronger and tighter (maybe by chewing gum?)

Or stop doing liprolls so often.

But I’m not a doctor, so if you have this issue, talk to a doctor and they’ll be able to help you out better than anyone else. The advice I’ve given is based off of what I think would work. Before doing anything, you should consult a medical professional for advice.

Stay safe and keep the beats coming 🙂
