How do I improve my technicality?

    In order to improve your technicality , you first need to know your strengths and weaknesses. Are you powerful? Are you clean? Do you have flow? After you think about these things , base what you will learn off of what you can improve on.

    If you are clean but don’t know how to make patterns , then write down patterns on a piece of paper and further practice these sounds and continue to repeat until you’ve reached an appropriate speed.

    If you can do patterns but you are not clean, then further focus on practicing individual sounds rather then speed.

    What I usually use as notations is the following.

    B (bass kick)
    T (hi hat)
    K (k snare)
    Kch (rimshot)
    Pf (pf snare)
