The spit snare - also known as the BMG, Döme, or trap snare - is a snare characterized by its short, crisp, and tight sound that is often heard in trap music.
How it's done
- Make sure that your lips are moist
- Overlap the bottom lip over the top of your upper lip, but not exceeding it (can be swapped)
- Build pressure in your mouth and keep the edges (the left and right side) of your lips tight
- Release a short, concentrated burst of air
